What is the lead time for made-to-order doors?
Typical lead time is around 4 weeks, depending on the style and specification selected. If you have a fitting date, add a note at checkout or contact us before ordering.
Are made-to-order doors refundable?
Because the doors are made to order to your selected specification, orders are non-refundable once confirmed. If you’re unsure on sizing, handing, glazing, or add-ons, contact us first and we’ll help you confirm everything.
How to measure an internal door
Measure width and height in mm. Measure in 2–3 places and use the smallest measurement for the best fit. If you’re not sure what you should be measuring for your setup, contact us before ordering.
Measure internal door opening
If you’re measuring an opening rather than an existing door, measure width and height in mm in more than one place. Openings aren’t always perfectly square, so using the smallest measurement helps avoid issues.
Do you sell uPVC internal doors with glass?
Yes — glazed uPVC internal door styles are available. Select a compatible door style first and the builder will show the glazing options available for that design.
Are these made to measure internal doors?
Yes. These uPVC internal doors are made to order to the size and options you choose (style, measurements, handle position and add-ons). Double-check measurements before adding to cart.
Do you supply other door styles (stable doors / external doors / French doors)?
We supply a wider range of door styles beyond internal doors, including other configurations depending on your project. If you’re looking for stable doors, external doors, French doors or something bespoke, contact us and we’ll point you to the right option.
What glazing options are available for glazed uPVC internal doors?
Glazing options depend on the style selected. Once you choose your design, the builder only shows the glazing choices that are compatible with that door.
Door handle position left or right — what does it mean?
Handle position is the side the handle sits on when you’re looking at the door face closed. If you’re swapping a door like-for-like, match the handle position to your existing door. If you’re unsure, send us a photo of the hinge side and handle side and we’ll confirm it.
