No. Exact measurements are useful, but rough sizes are fine at the enquiry stage. Width and height in millimetres help us understand the project, but you can still send the form if you are unsure.

Photos are helpful because they show the existing door, frame, opening and surrounding area. If you do not have photos ready, you can still request a quote and send them later if needed.
