- Rough measurementsWall sizes for panels, run lengths for fencing and guttering, or the floor area for decking. Rough is fine to start.
- Photos of the spaceA few phone photos help us suggest the right trims, fixings and finishes for the job.
- An offcut or photo of your gutteringWe'll match the profile and colour at the counter, so the new parts fit what you've already got.
- Door or window opening sizesWidth and height if you're replacing. For made-to-measure orders we can arrange to measure up properly before you order.

No, just call in during opening hours. If you're coming to see something specific, or want time with the team on a bigger project, ring 01484 720913 first and we'll make sure it's ready.

Inside, there are hundreds of bathroom and wall panels, acoustic, slat and fluted feature panels, external and internal doors, and uPVC, sash, flush and bifold windows, with guttering and fascias at the trade counter. Outside, you can walk on our composite decking, see composite fencing and uPVC and composite cladding fitted to a wall, and step inside a garden room.

Yes. We have free samples on selected ranges, so you can check the colour in your own light before you order. Just ask at the counter.

Yes, and it's the main reason to visit. Texture and colour are hard to judge on a screen, especially for panels and decking. If you're after one particular colour, call ahead and we'll check it's out.

Can you measure up for me?
For doors and windows, yes. We'll come out to measure so everything is made to the right size. For everything else, like panels, decking, fencing, cladding and roofline, just bring your sizes in. We'll work out how much you need and give you a quote at the counter.

Yes, many products are available for collection, depending on the item. Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before travelling, especially for made-to-order or supplier-direct products. You will receive an email once your order is ready to collect.
