NatureClad Cladding

NatureClad is Swish's premium wood-effect uPVC cladding — a super-matt woodgrain foil over a 7mm cellular PVC board, finished with a protective PVDF layer. It reads as timber and behaves like plastic: no painting, no staining, no sanding, and no batch matching between boards, joints and trims. Two profiles, five colours, matching trims for all of them.

NATURECLAD RANGE

Here to help

Two profiles to choose from

Double Shiplap for a clean modern line, Feather Edge for traditional overlapping boards. Both 5m, both packed in fours.

Colour-matched trims

Every trim comes in the same five colours as the boards, so corners and joints disappear rather than stand out.

No batch matching needed

Colour and texture stay consistent across boards, joints and trims — no sorting packs before you start.

Delivery & collection

Local delivery across West Yorkshire, or collect from the Brighouse counter.

Frequently Asked Questions

Choosing NatureClad

What's the difference between Shiplap and Feather Edge?

Shiplap boards are square-edged and sit flush for a clean, even line. Feather Edge boards are tapered and overlap, giving a deeper shadow and more texture. Shiplap covers 300mm per board, Feather Edge 270mm.

How thick is NatureClad?

7mm cellular PVC with a PVC-U skin, woodgrain laminate foil and a protective PVDF coating.

Will boards from different packs match?

Yes. NatureClad needs no batch matching — colour and texture are consistent across boards, joints and trims.

Can I use it on a garden room or dormer?

Yes. Swish list feature panels, upper and lower storey coverage, gable elevations, bay windows, dormers, outhouses and garden rooms.

Ordering & fitting

How many packs do I need?

A pack of four Shiplap boards covers 6m²; Feather Edge covers 5.4m². Measure your elevation in m², divide by the pack coverage, and allow extra for cuts around openings.

Can NatureClad be fitted vertically?

No. Both the 300mm Shiplap and 270mm Feather Edge are horizontal-only profiles.

What fixing centres should I use?

A maximum of 300mm, with an 8mm expansion gap at each end of every board. Swish also recommend ventilation behind the cladding with a clear air path at the top and bottom.

What's the fire rating?

A maximum of 300mm, with an 8mm expansion gap at each end of every board. Swish also recommend ventilation behind the cladding with a clear air path at the top and bottom.

What trims do I need?

Universal Channel for edges and openings, 2 Part Corner for external corners, 2 Part Jointing where boards meet end to end, and 2 Part Universal for general finishing. All available in the same five colours.
